Trusted Home Inspection Services

Residential Inspections

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, a professional inspection helps uncover hidden issues and provides clarity before you make major decisions. Our residential inspections deliver a thorough evaluation of the home’s major systems and components.

Pre-Listing Inspections

A pre-listing inspection helps sellers identify potential concerns before listing, allowing time for repairs and reducing surprises during buyer negotiations. This proactive approach can lead to smoother transactions and increased buyer confidence.

New Construction Inspections

Newly constructed homes still require an independent, third-party inspection. We evaluate workmanship, materials, and installation quality to help identify defects or omissions that could impact a home’s performance, safety, or long-term durability.

Pre-Drywall Inspections

Pre-drywall inspections allow critical structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components to be evaluated before they’re concealed. This inspection helps catch issues early—when corrections are easiest and least expensive.

Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.

We will deliver our report within 24 hours of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings – and discuss them with us and your agent.
